On November 30, 2019, I had the chance to give a TEDx Talk in Florence, Italy. It was an incredible experience to stand in front of a group of 300 people and present my ideas. While I was nervous, I am very proud to have been able to organize my thoughts and get through the presentation. My main topic was teamwork and the benefits that come from working together. Starting with the idea of the conflict in getting to the moon between the US and USSR, I spoke about the value of working together to achieve big things. To make my point, I referenced small things such as doing the dishes together as a way to get people to think about great things the world could do if we work together – like going back to the moon. I think this idea of working together is very important when getting things done efficiently and with quality. Today's world of global pandemic and the collective spirit of the Italian society shows me how much can be done if we all work together.
